What happens when beautiful software meets beautiful hardware?  Yesterday in New York, HTC had a press conference and showed their latest Windows Phone offerings: the Windows Phone 8X and Windows Phone 8S.

The Windows Phone 8X has a 4.3″ 720p Gorilla Glass 2 display with 1.5 GHz dual core processor, 1 GB RAM, and 16 GB storage.  It has a 8 MP camera with BSI sensor which is ideal for low light scenes.  It also uses a dedicated HTC ImageChip to capture photos faster.  At the front is a 2.1 MP camera which has a wide angle lens.  An exclusive for HTC, Beats Audio is now built-in.  It packs a 1800 mAh battery and will come in a variety of colors: California Blue, Graphite Black, Flame Red and Limelight Neon.
